Speakers will be required to report to the session chair of their respective session prior to the start of the session.
Computers running Windows and equipped with both Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2013 will be provided for presentations in each session room.
Please give your presentation on a USB flash drive to the person in charge, who will upload it to the presentation PC and have it ready at the start of your presentation. The presentations will be deleted from the computers after each session. Alternatively, it is possible to connect your own laptop via a standard VGA interface.
Regarding the length of your presentation (15+5 min for invited and contributed talks, 35+5 min for plenaries) please refer to the ACOVS11_ASC5_final program. As there will be multiple sessions in parallel, we kindly ask you to strictly keep the time.
Poster sessions are scheduled from 17:00 – 18:00 on Tuesday and Thursday.
Posters should be put up in the morning of the respective poster session and removed no later than morning tea the following day.
Please mount your poster on the board with your assigned poster number, e.g. PSI01.
